CAPPA Virtual Event: NGL Yields - Getting Your Fair Share
April 16, 2025
11:45 am – 1:00pm
Venue: Virtual via Webex
Production Accountants are often asked to verify NGL volumes cascaded from third-party gas plants or to answer questions from engineering on where are the cascaded liquids the production engineers were expecting?
When asked, a PA often mumbles, “I can only allocate what was allocated to us.” Can YOU calculate a max theoretical yield given a hydrocarbon liquid analysis?
This lunch and learn goes through a little theory behind NGL recoveries and provides a worksheet that you can use to verify your liquids received given a gas volume and a hydrocarbon analysis to be able to confidently answer the question, “Are we getting our fair share of NGLs?
Registration Closes Noon April 11.
Cicso Webex meeting invitations will be sent out on April 14 with instructions on how to join the meeting.
