Registration Deadline: Midnight September 21, 2017

Resolutions:

1. ”Exercise of Borrowing Funds”.  This new article (23) will read:
   • “Under no circumstances shall anyone borrow funds on behalf of the association for the purpose of carrying out the association’s objectives or for any other reason.
   • Under no circumstances shall any monies of the association be lent to anyone within or outside of the association.”
2.  “CAPPA will proceed with an Application under Alberta’s Professional and Occupational Associations Registration Act (POARA) for Registration for Self-Regulation which includes
   • Right of Title for the profession of Production Accounting.”  (This had previously received a 92% vote of approval in 2 informal membership surveys.  We now seek a formal resolution to proceed.  Click here for more details
