CANCELLATION POLICY

Education Days' attendees must contact the CAPPA office in order to cancel their registration. Cancellations must be received in writing by email (office@cappa.org).

The following refund policy is in place:

– Full refunds will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to Midnight on October 19, 2016.
– A 50% refund will be given if cancellation to CAPPA occurs prior to Midnight on October 26, 2016.
– Refunds will not be given after October 26, 2016.
