Course Description:
The objective of this course is to provide a step-by-step method in performing Throughput Adjustments.
It is also excellent for intermediate and senior individuals who are looking to refresh their skills.
Discussion on general concepts and definitions, facility agreement clauses, and data analysis and process flow for calculating Throughput Adjustments. Performing case studies and learning to analyze the results. The remainder of the course will have participants completing increasingly complex examples where they will build on their knowledge of the Throughput Adjustment model.

Couse Objective:
By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

Understand the definitions and purpose of an annual Throughput & 13th Month Adjustment
Identify the different types of Throughput Adjustments along with the underlying industry
agreements
Identify types of 13th Month Adjustments along with the underlying industry agreements
Understand the roles of an Analyst preforming Throughput & 13th Month Adjustments.
Know and collect the required data sets and understand the issues that may arise and the characteristics of good quality data; accurate, relevant, consistent, reliable, complete, and accessible information to pass joint venture audits.
Perform the calculation process and analyze the Throughput & 13th Month Adjustment results for understandability, validity and auditability.
Generate the reports to facilitate information to corporate stakeholders. (Interpret the results)

- A 50% refund will be given up to 6 days prior to the event.

- Refunds will not be provided thereafter.

There is an administration fee of $20 to cancel.
